Abstract:
An energy-saving efficient intelligent multi-stage gas compression system, comprising a large air storage tank (6), multi-stage gas compression sets (1-5) and an electric box (7). The multi-stage gas compression set is connected to the electric box (7); air outlets of the multi-stage gas compression sets are respectively connected to buffer gas storage chambers (C1-C5) of all stages by means of cooling heat exchangers (J1-J5) of all the stages; the buffer gas storage chambers (C1-C5) of all the stages are connected to the large gas storage tank (6) by means of gas path valves (F1-F5); a gas inlet of the first-stage gas compression set (1) is connected to the atmosphere; the buffer gas storage chamber of a previous stage is connected to a gas inlet of the gas compression set of a next stage by means of a gas path switch; the cooling heat exchangers (J1-J5) are connected in a heat storage system (15). The compression system is compact in structure and can effectively reduce waste of gas compression energy consumption.
