Abstract:
An energy-saving and environment-friendly cross-linking reaction device, comprising a reaction tank (2). A mounting cover (6) is mounted on the upper surface of the reaction tank (2); the upper surface of the mounting cover (6) is respectively provided with a first feeding port (1) and a second feeding port (5) from left to right; a reaction motor (4) is mounted at an intermediate position of the first feeding port (1) and the second feeding port (5); a connecting pipe (19) is connected to one side of the reaction tank (2); one end of the connecting pipe (19) is communicated with a gas filtering tank (7); a mounting sleeve (20) is sleeved outside the reaction tank (2); a radiation panel (8) is slidably mounted outside the mounting sleeve (20); a discharge port (3) is mounted at the bottom of the reaction tank (2). According to the device, a filter cartridge (15) is mounted inside the gas filtering tank (7), and the filter cartridge (15) employs design of a large inlet and a small outlet, so that gas can be kept for a long time after entering the filter cartridge (15), thereby facilitating full filtering of gas passing through a second filter screen (18) and a first filter screen (13), and avoiding pollution to the environment.
