Abstract:
An energy-saving and environmentally-friendly dust removal device for building decoration, and a use method. The dust removal device comprises: a housing (1), comprising a left blocking part (13), a rear protruding part (14), and a right blocking part (15); conveying nets (2), wound on rotating rods (21) and rotating pipes (22); foam boxes (3), welded and fixed to a fixing column (4), wherein spray holes (31) are evenly formed in the front side surface of each foam box (3), and a foam cavity (32) is formed inside each foam box (3); the fixing column (4), a sliding groove (41) being formed in the middle-upper part of the side surface of the fixing column, and a foaming pipe (9) being inserted into the fixing column (4); a liquid storage tank (5), screwed and fixed on the inner wall of a front side plate of the housing (1); axial flow fans (6), mounted in the rear protruding part (14); rotating cylinders (7), mounted in recycling tanks (10), spotlights (71) being evenly embedded into the side wall of each rotating cylinder (7); metering pumps (8), each having two ends respectively connected to a water feeding pipe (81) and a water discharging pipe (82); and the foaming pipe (9). The dust removal device uses an inverted Y-shaped housing, such that the dust removal device is prevented from falling outwards, and the use safety is improved; a large amount of foam is generated by means of the foaming pipe, guide pipes, and nozzles, the foam increases the probability of collision with dust, and the dust can be quickly adhered thereto.
