An energy-saving suction type fine dust collecting apparatus with an ozone reduction filter according to the present invention comprises: a cover housing having a space portion formed therein and a plurality of fan insertion holes formed in one surface thereof; a suction assembly including suction fans which are formed at positions corresponding to the fan insertion holes and induce air to flow backward; a cell assembly comprising a first frame which is formed on the rear portion of the suction assembly and has an internal space therein, a collector electrode unit including a plate-shaped electrode in which a plurality of holes are punctuated and arranged in a row in the first frame, a second frame having a shape corresponding to the first frame, and an emitter electrode unit including a plurality of wire electrodes which are spaced apart from each other in parallel across the inside of the second frame and are arranged to correspond to the center portions of the holes; a power supply unit which supplies electric power of opposite polarities to the plate-shaped electrode and the wire electrodes; and an ozone reduction filter which is formed in front of the suction fans and can eliminate ozone.
