Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an energy-saving water supply apparatus for a water jet loom, comprising a water jet loom body. A water-blocking hood is provided at the top of the water jet loom body, the water-blocking hood is set in a U-shaped structure, a water spray pipe is provided at the upper end of the interior of the water-blocking hood, a plurality of water spray nozzles distributed at equal intervals are provided at the bottom of the water spray pipe, a water spray guide roller is rotatably provided inside the water-blocking hood below the water spray nozzles, a recycling and dewatering mechanism is provided inside the water-blocking hood on one side of the water spray guide roller, the water jet loom body is provided with a water supply tank, a filtering screen plate is provided inside the water supply tank, a water supply pump is provided on one side of the water jet loom body, the water supply tank is connected to the input end of the water supply pump by means of a water supply pipe, and the output end of the water supply pump is connected to the water spray pipe by means of the water supply pipe. According to the present invention, a series of structures are provided, and water circulates to supply water, so that a water supply utilization rate of the water jet loom is improved, and the power consumption and costs of the operation of a device are reduced; fabrics are dewatered by extrusion and are recycled, so that the water content of the fabrics is reduced, and thus the service life of the device is prolonged, and the practicality is strong.
