Abstract:
An energy self-supplying treatment system for high-density wastewater, comprising a hydrolytic acidification device (1), an anaerobic reactor (2), a sludge treatment device (3), a desulfurization tower (4), and a biogas electrical generator (5). The hydrolytic acidification device (1) comprises a hydrolytic acidification pool (11) etc.; the sludge treatment device (3) comprises a second sedimentation tank (31), a second overflow baffle (32), a water inlet pipe (33), and a dissolved oxygen meter (34). The second overflow baffle (32) is connected to the hydrolytic acidification pool (11) by means of a return conduit (35), and a jet hole (332a) and a regulating valve (36) are arranged on the water inlet pipe (33). Also disclosed is a method for energy self-supplying treatment of high-density wastewater, comprising, in sequence, hydrolytic acidification, anaerobic fermentation, sludge treatment, desulfurization and electrical generation.
