Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an electrical power control unit for controlling the transfer of electrical power between a power grid and a power storage device; an energy source manufacturing unit for manufacturing an energy source using the electrical power supplied form the power grid; an energy information acquisition unit for acquiring information indicating a first electrical power amount, which is the amount of electrical power supplied by the power storage device to the power grid, during a first period; and a corresponding amount determination unit for determining a first corresponding amount, which is the amount of the energy source manufactured by the energy source manufacturing unit using electrical power, said amount corresponding to the first electrical power amount.
