Abstract:
Provided is an engine provided with: fuel system parts 39, 53 provided above a cylinder head 7; a purge control valve 45 for controlling the amount of evaporative fuel purged into an intake passage located on the downstream side of a throttle valve 17; and intake pipes 51, 52 extending in the direction of a cylinder bank and constituting the intake passage located on the downstream side of the throttle valve. As viewed from the front or side of a vehicle, the purge control valve 45 is disposed on the near side of the intake pipes 51, 52, and the fuel system parts 39, 53 are disposed on the opposite side to the purge control valve 45 across the intake pipes 51, 52.
