The present invention relates to an enhanced reaction system and a process for preparing an isoaldehyde by means of the carbonylation of an olefin. The system comprises: a reactor, a microinterface generator and a hydrogen purification unit, etc. In the present invention, hydrogen and carbon monoxide are broken down by the microinterface generator to allow same to form micron-sized bubbles at a micron-scale, and the micron-sized bubbles are then mixed with a liquid olefin to form a gas-liquid mixture, such that the phase boundary area of the gas and liquid phases is improved, and the enhancement of the mass transfer effect is achieved within a range of lower preset operating conditions; and at the same time, the micron-sized bubbles can be fully mixed with the liquid olefin to form a gas-liquid mixture by means of the full mixing of the gas and liquid phases, sufficient contact of the liquid olefin with the hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the system can be ensured, and the reaction efficiency of the system is effectively improved, while also improving the conversion rate of the olefin.
