Abstract:
Disclosed are: an enhancer of NK activity; lymphocytes or monocytes that have enhanced NK activity ("lymphocytes having enhanced NK activity" or "monocytes having enhanced NK activity") and that are favorably used in cellular immunotherapy of such things as malignant tumors; a blood preparation, infusion, and cellular immunity preparation containing said lymphocytes or monocytes having enhanced NK activity; and a method for preparing the above. Nanobubble water containing air bubbles having a number average diameter of no more than 300 nm determined by a dynamic light scattering method is used as the enhancer of NK activity. The lymphocytes or monocytes having enhanced NK activity are prepared by means of culturing, under the presence of the abovementioned enhancer of NK activity, lymphocytes or monocytes isolated from a living body.
