Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an Enterococcus faecalis and the use thereof. The Enterococcus faecalis has the deposit number of CCTCC NO: M 20211156, and the deposit date is 10 September 2021. The Enterococcus faecalis has good tolerance to gastrointestinal fluids and to artificial intestinal fluids with a pH of 6.8. The Enterococcus faecalis can grow normally in different concentrations of 1%-4% ox bile powder culture medium, has a certain degree of tolerance to ox bile salt, and can grow and reproduce normally. In addition, the Enterococcus faecalis can reduce the expression amount of inflammatory cytokines.
