Abstract:
A sheet of a predetermined width being folded and pasted to form an envelope (2). The sheet comprises a pair of envelope body pieces (3), a sealing piece (4) provided continuously to one end part of the pair of envelope body pieces (3), and an address information piece (5) provided continuously to one end part of the sealing piece (4). On the inner surface of the pair of envelope body pieces (3), a field (7) for describing personal information unique to an addressed person is provided. On the same side of the address information piece (5) as the personal information field (7) is provided, a field (6) for describing address information, e.g. address or destination, is provided. The pair of envelope body pieces (3) and the sealing piece (4) are wound and folded, the address information piece (5) is folded back to the sealing piece (4) side and pasted thereto such that the address information field (6) is presented on the surface of the envelope (2). An envelope sheet capable of preventing erroneous delivery surely without imposing any extra economical burden and capable of reusing resources is thereby provided.
