An environment control system (10) comprises: an air blowing device (20) that blows air toward a subject (200); and a control device (120) that acquires at least one time from among the time when the subject (200) plans to wake up, the time when the subject (200) plans to sleep, the time of the sunrise, and the time of the sunset, and that switches the control of the air blowing device (20) at the at least one time which was acquired.
