Abstract:
An environment control system (10) comprises: an acquisition unit (92a) that acquires first information indicating a place where each of a plurality of members belonging to the same team is engaged in operation and second information indicating the physical and mental states of the members; and a control unit (92b) that executes, on the basis of the acquired first information and the acquired second information, individual environment control for controlling the environment of the place where each of the members is engaged in operation in order to enhance the operation achievement by the member.
