Abstract:
Provided is an environment-friendly cutter grinding oil comprising, in percentage by mass, 60-70% of an ester-based oil, 25-37% of a synthetic base oil, 0.2-4% of a friction modifier, 0.01-0.1% of a defoaming agent and 0.5-1% of an antioxidant. In the cutter grinding oil, a synthetic ester and a low-viscosity synthetic oil are used as the base oil, so that the obtained cutter grinding oil may have a biodegradation rate of 70-100% in a natural environment after 21 days (CEC-L-33-A-93 method), thereby ensuring good biodegradability of the product. Meanwhile, a friction modifier without containing sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine and heavy metals is used, and thus the influence on human health and environment is reduced. A non-silicon defoaming agent is used to improves the foaming and air release properties of the oil product, so that the oil product has good filterability and further has good cooling performance.
