Abstract:
An environment-friendly hot-splashed slag treatment system, comprising a hot-splashed slag box (11), a tipping type top cover (12) rotatably mounted at the top of the hot-splashed slag box (11), and a top cover driving mechanism for driving tipping rotation of the tipping type top cover (12) relative to the hot-splashed slag box (11). A spraying mechanism is provided at the bottom of the tipping type top cover (12); and a dust extraction port is provided on the tipping type top cover (12) and is connected to a dust extraction air pipe (2). Because the tipping type top cover (12) is used, when slag is poured into the hot-splashed slag box (11), the tipping type top cover (12) can be tipped upward by a certain angle, and dust extraction is performed to collect flue gas generated during slag pouring, thus achieving whole-process dust removal for steel slag treatment. A water splashing function for the hot-splashed slag box is met, meanwhile, dust-containing steam and the like can be prevented from escaping upwards, and flue dust, steam and the like can be extracted in time, thus achieving a good dust removal effect, and effectively improving the production operation environment in a workshop.
