Abstract:
An environment-friendly plant fiber beverage cap, made of plant fibers by means of a mold suction shaping and hot-press molding technology, comprising a cap body, wherein the edge of the cap body is provided with a main ring wall (1) which surrounds in a circle; the main ring wall (1) extends towards the center of the cap body to form a ring-shaped horizontal top cap (2), a circular groove (3) is formed in the inner side of the horizontal top cap (2), a protruding drinking nozzle (4) is provided in the groove (3) close to the horizontal top cap (2), and an easy-to-tear groove (5) is formed in the outer edge of the drinking nozzle (4). By providing the main ring wall (1), the horizontal top cap (2), the drinking nozzle (4) and the easy-to-tear groove (5), and by means of a simple operation, the plant fibers without impurities can be recycled, and recyclable plant fibers and non-recyclable plastic waterproof membranes can be separated.
