Abstract:
An environment-friendly polyurethane curing agent, a preparation method therefor, and uses thereof. The environment-friendly polyurethane curing agent comprises a blocked polyisocyanate prepolymer containing a sulfonic acid group. The blocked polyisocyanate prepolymer containing a sulfonic acid group is obtained by performing a chain extension reaction on a polyisocyanate prepolymer, diisocyanate and a chain extender, and then adding a blocking agent to block an isocyanate-terminated group. The polyurethane curing agent is good in water dispersibility, excellent in storage stability and wide in deblocking temperature range, can significantly improve the performance of a water-base resin, is applicable to manufacture a water-base baking varnish and a water-base high-temperature glue and has an excellent application prospect in heat-sensitive material coating.
