An environment-friendly texturing apparatus for processing solar battery cells, comprising a cabinet (1), a cabinet door (2), a cleaning box (3), a reagent compartment (4), a partition (5), a water storage compartment (6), a first guide pipe (7), a liquid supply pump (8), a second guide pipe (9), a spray head (10), a top plate (11), a heating box (12), a heat conducting pipe (13), a cavity (14), a heating wire (15), a blower (16), an intake pipe (17), a neutralization box (18), a drive motor (19), a fixed plate (20), a rotating base (21), a first plate (22), a slide groove (23), a second plate (24), a slide block (25), a screw hole (26), a fastening screw (27), a rotating shaft (28), a bearing (29), a battery cell (30), a waste water tank (31), a water collection space (32), a mounting support (33), a waste pipe (34), a drain pump (35), a bottom plate (36), an operation panel (37), an operation console (38), a storage space (39), a storage cabinet (40), a connection frame (41), a roller (42), a shock-absorbing plate (43), shock-absorbing springs (44), shock-absorbing rubber (45), a cover plate (46), and movement wheels (47), one side of the cabinet (1) being provided with the door (2) by means of hinges. The texturing apparatus is easy to operate, can neutralize and remove the acid solution remaining in the texturing process, and can also cleaning the battery cell, thereby improving texturing quality.
