Abstract:
An environmental control device (1) according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a learning processing unit (21) that creates a control model by collecting the relationships between past examples of changes in the temporal or spatial happiness of people who were subject to an environmental control and past examples of changes in temporal or spatial environmental indicators regarding the people; and an environmental control unit (22) that, on the basis of the created control model, determines a temporal or spatial environmental indicator for boosting the happiness of a person who is newly subject to the environmental control and performs the environmental control while targeting the determined environmental indicator.
