CLAIMS A refrigerated carrier vehicle (100) with a chassis (110) and an insulated case (120), of the type of trailer/semi-trailer, located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle, used in the transportation of products which need to be in a cold environment in different sectors such as food, health and chemistry, characterized by an environmentally friendly cooling system (200) which is developed to ensure that the products transported in the insulated case (120) of a carrier vehicle (100) remain at the determined temperature value without deterioration and that the transportation operations are carried out; — wherein the circulation of the refrigerant is ensured by the cooling unit (221 ) working with 380 w energy, which it receives from the energy generation group (210) with the battery (212), where the energy obtained from the solar panels (211 ) preferably located in the upper part of the insulated case (120) of the carrier vehicle (100) is stored, the environmentally friendly cooling system consisting of a cooling group (220) which keeps the insulated case (120) indoor temperature constant at the determined temperature value by means of one or more cooling radiators (222) preferably located in the inner ceiling part of the insulated case (120), and carrying out the transportation of the products to be transported in an insulated case (120) without deterioration. An environmentally friendly cooling system (200) which is developed for carrier vehicles (100) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the cooling system (200) comprises: — an energy generation group (210) providing the production of 380w electrical energy required for the operation of the cooling group (220) and having a battery (212) where the electrical energy obtained from the solar panels (211 ) is stored by being connected to the chassis (110), and the solar panels (211 ) which are preferably connected to the outer upper part of the insulated case (120). An environmentally friendly cooling system (200) which is developed for carrier vehicles (100) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the cooling system (200) comprises: — a cooling group (220) having a cooling unit (221 ) providing the circulation of the refrigerant by working with 380w electrical energy obtained from the energy generation group (210), and cooling radiators (222) which are connected to the upper interior of the insulated case (120) and ensure that the indoor temperature value of the insulated case (120) is kept constant while the refrigerant circulated by the cooling unit (221 ) passes over it. |
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to refrigerated carrier vehicles such as trailers/semi-trailers, which are located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle, used in the transportation of products which need to be in a cold environment in different sectors such as food, health, chemistry.
The invention relates in particular to an environmentally friendly cooling system for refrigerated carrier vehicles such as trailers/semi-trailers, which are located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle, used in the transportation of products which need to be in a cold environment in different sectors such as food, health, chemistry, which is developed to ensure that the products transported in its insulated case remain at the determined temperature without deterioration and that the transportation operations are carried out;
- wherein the circulation of the refrigerant is ensured by the cooling unit operating with 380 w energy, which it receives from the energy generation group with the battery, where the energy obtained from the solar panels preferably located in the upper part of the insulated body of the carrier vehicle is stored, the environmentally friendly cooling system consisting of a cooling group which keeps the insulated case indoor temperature constant at the determined temperature value by means of one or more cooling radiators preferably located in the inner ceiling part of the insulated case, and carrying out the transportation of the products to be transported in an insulated case without deterioration.
PRIOR ART
In the transportation of products in different sectors such as food, health and chemistry, trailer/semi-trailer type carrier vehicles located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle are used. The mentioned carrier vehicle has a chassis and a case positioned on the chassis wherein the case has an insulated structure. Since it is very important for the products to be transported in the carrier vehicles to remain at the determined temperature, the cooler developed to ensure that the indoor temperature of the insulated case remains at the determined temperature value is mounted on the carrier vehicle.
In the state of the art, some disadvantages have been observed in the coolers developed for carrier vehicles. These disadvantages can be referred as:
- the increase of fuel consumption since the cooler works with the fuel taken from the vehicle tank,
- environmental pollution due to the toxic gases produced by the burned fuel,
- high hardware maintenance costs,
- deterioration of the transported products due to the failure of the insulated case to be cooled in case of possible malfunctions.
As a result, due to the problems encountered in the state of the art and described above, it is necessary to make improvements in the relevant technical field.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Due to the disadvantages existing in the prior art, the invention aims to solve all the disadvantages described.
The object of the invention is to provide an environmentally friendly cooling system for refrigerated carrier vehicles such as trailers/semi-trailers, which are located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle, used in the transportation of products which need to be in a cold environment in different sectors such as food, health, chemistry, which is developed to ensure that the products transported in its insulated case remain at the determined temperature without deterioration and that the transportation operations are carried out;
- wherein the circulation of the refrigerant is ensured by the cooling unit operating with 380 w energy, which it receives from the energy generation group with the battery, where the energy obtained from the solar panels preferably located in the upper part of the insulated body of the carrier vehicle is stored, the environmentally friendly cooling system consisting of a cooling group which keeps the insulated case indoor temperature constant at the determined temperature value by means of one or more cooling radiators preferably located in the inner ceiling part of the insulated case, and carrying out the transportation of the products to be transported in an insulated case without deterioration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1 shows the trailer/semi-trailer type carrier vehicle (100) with an environmentally friendly cooling system (200) of the present invention, used in the transportation of products which need to be in a cold environment in different sectors such as food, health, chemistry, located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle in a disassembled representative view.
The environmentally friendly cooling system (200) of the present invention developed for the carrier vehicles (100) consists of:
- an energy generation group (210) providing the production of 380w electrical energy required for the operation of the cooling group (220) and having a battery (212) where the electrical energy obtained from the solar panels is stored by being connected to the chassis (110), and the solar panels (211 ) which are preferably connected to the outer upper part of the insulated case (120),
- a cooling group (220) having a cooling unit (221 ) providing the circulation of the refrigerant by working with 380w electrical energy obtained from the energy generation group (210), and cooling radiators (222) which are connected to the upper interior of the insulated case (120) and ensure that the indoor temperature value of the insulated case (120) is kept constant while the refrigerant circulated by the cooling unit (221 ) passes over it.
In the assembly process of the cooling system (200) of the present invention to the carrier vehicle (100), solar panels (211 ) are mounted on the upper outer part of the insulated case. The assembly process of the energy generation group (210) is carried out by positioning the battery (212) on the chassis (110) in connection with the solar panels (211 ).
One or more cooling radiators (222) are connected to the inner upper part of the insulated case (120). The assembly process of the cooling group (220) is carried out by connecting the cooling unit (221 ) to the chassis (110) in connection with the cooling radiators (222) and the battery (212). In the operation of the cooling system (200) of the present invention developed for the carrier vehicles (100), the energy obtained from the solar panels (211 ) is stored in the battery (212). The cooling unit (221 ), which is connected to the battery (212), works with the 380w electrical energy it receives from the battery (212) and provides continuously a closed circuit circulation of the refrigerant on the cooling radiators (222) and itself. The cooling system (200) of the invention which keeps the indoor temperature value of the insulated case (120) constant at the value adjusted in this way ensures that the products transported in the insulated case (120) can be transported without deterioration.
Thanks to the cooling system (200) developed for the carrier vehicles (100) of the present invention,
- since the cooling group (220) works with 380w electricity from the energy generation group (210), which provides renewable energy, it does not have any effect on vehicle fuel consumption, therefore it does not have a negative effect on environmental pollution,
- installation/production/maintenance costs save about 1/3 compared to the coolers used in the current technique,
- the transportation process extends up to about 72 hours,
- in the event of a possible failure, the product in the insulated case (120) is preserved for a long time.
The cooling system (200) of the present invention can be used in all types of carrier vehicles (100), such as a trailer/semi-trailer located behind the truck or towed by a towing vehicle.
