Abstract:
An environmentally-friendly crushing treatment apparatus for household solid waste, the apparatus comprising a fastening frame (1), a motor (2) fixedly connected to a left side of the fastening frame (1), and a drive shaft (3) fixedly connected to an output end of the motor (2). The drive shaft (3) passes through the fastening frame (1) and is rotatably connected to the fastening frame (1). A right side of the fastening frame (1) is slidably connected to a slidable processing container (5) via a sliding rail (4). Sieve holes (6) are provided at a bottom portion of the slidable processing container (5). A right side of the slidable processing container (5) is fixedly connected to a transmission sliding bar (7). The transmission sliding bar (7) passes through the fastening frame (1) and is slidably connected thereto. A right end of the transmission sliding bar (7) is connected to a transmission gear ring (9) via a longitudinal connection rod (8). A right end of the drive shaft (3) is fixedly connected to an intermittent gear (10) meshing with the transmission gear ring (9). The apparatus enables thorough crushing of household solid waste, and the crushed waste is sieved, falls on a conveyor belt, and simultaneously transported out to be used in fields of power generation, biogas production, and the like.
