Abstract:
An environmentally friendly foaming material based on EVA waste materials, and a treatment method for EVA waste materials. The treatment method comprises the following steps: step one, crushing waste materials such as waste EVA soles, waste EVA sheets and waste EVA scraps, so as to obtain strip-shaped crushed materials; step two, putting the strip-shaped crushed materials obtained in step one, Surlyn resin and PMP into an internal mixer according to a weight ratio of 85:(4-10):(4-8), wherein the mixing temperature gradually rises, the highest temperature is 150°C, and the mixing time is 18 to 25 minutes, so as to obtain block-shaped mixed materials; and step three, treating the block-shaped mixed materials, which have been subjected to mixing, by means of a screw extruder and an open mill, so as to obtain an EVA recycled film. In the present invention, a specific treatment method for EVA waste materials is defined, so as to realize resource recycling and reusing of remnants, inferior-quality products, waste products and scraps of EVA soles, thereby alleviating the environmental problem brought about by white pollution; and the proportion of treated EVA waste materials added during the manufacturing of soles can be increased to more than 70%, thereby greatly reducing the waste of resources, and improving the utilization rate of the waste materials.
