The present invention provides an environmentally friendly gold leaching method for gold ore containing carbon, sulfur and arsenic, and relates to the technical field of the metallurgical industry. The present invention utilizes fine grinding to open sediment with gold ore containing carbon, sulfur and arsenic, thus facilitating gold leaching; gold enrichment is achieved through jet pulse flotation, thus reducing the amount of ore processed; then an oxidation reaction is used to convert arsenic to arsenate and sulfur to sulfate, carbon passivation is performed and fine gold is exposed; then, a precipitation reaction is used to convert arsenic to scorodite, preventing the future dissolution of the arsenic; sulfate and carbonate are converted to calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate, the calcium carbonate is removed, and caustic soda is regenerated and reused; the present invention utilizes a cyanide-free gold leaching agent for leaching gold from a gold ore from which carbon, sulfur and arsenic have been removed, using an environmentally friendly agent not containing toxic cyanide and not harming the environment. The environmentally friendly gold leaching method of the present invention is carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure, is approximately neutral (a pH value of 6-8), and is suitable for widespread use.
