An environmentally friendly labeling device for paper diaper production, which is used for paper diaper production and processing. The labeling device comprises: an operation main body comprising a protective cover, the bottom of the protective cover being fixed to a base, the protective cover and the base enclosing a working chamber, and a ventilation chamber being fixedly mounted on the protective cover; and a paper diaper labeling mechanism, which is arranged in the working chamber and comprises a paper diaper labeling assembly and a labeling assembly driving mechanism, which is connected to the paper diaper labeling assembly. The labeling assembly driving mechanism cooperates with the paper diaper labeling assembly to carry out labeling operation on a paper diaper, thereby reducing the labeling difficulty and increasing the success rate of labeling. The labeling device solves the problem of an existing device whereby the position of a labeling mechanism remains unchanged, such that the position of a paper diaper needs to be manually adjusted during a paper diaper labeling process of the device, thereby reducing the labeling efficiency.
