Abstract:
Disclosed is a paper tube having excellent waterproof and moisture-proof functions and a water repellent function allowing moisture inside a paper tube to be discharged, while having excellent durability, and provided is a paper tube capable of being recycled since a paper tube carrying out these functions is composed of environmentally friendly constituent elements. To this end, according to a preferred one embodiment of the present invention, a paper tube, which is the present invention, comprises a third body (B3) inserted into a first body (B1) and of which the upper part is coupled to a second body (B2), wherein the first body (B1) comprises: a first paper (10) treated such that 30% or more of rosin is infiltrated into insulating paper by soaking the insulating paper in a diluted solution containing a mixture of rosin and an alcohol; a second paper (20) formed of a silver foil; a rosin adhesive (30) applied between the first paper (10) and the second paper (20) and in which rosin is diluted with an alcohol so as to dissolve; a third paper (40) formed of one or more sheets of paperboard; a rosin adhesive (30) applied between the second paper (20) and a paperboard (40) to make initial contact therewith; and a rosin Polysol adhesive (50) applied between the paperboards (40) of the third paper (40) and in which 5-10% of rosin and 90-95% of Polysol are mixed, the second body (B2) comprises: a first paper (10) treated such that 30% or more of rosin is infiltrated into insulating paper by soaking the insulating paper in a diluted solution containing a mixture of rosin and an alcohol; a second paper (20) formed of a silver foil; a rosin adhesive (30) applied between the first paper (10) and the second paper (20) and in which rosin is diluted with an alcohol to be dissolved; a third paper (40) formed of one or more sheets of paperboard; a rosin adhesive (30) applied between the second paper (20) and a paperboard (40) to make initial contact therewith; and a rosin Polysol adhesive (50) applied between the paperboards (40) of the third paper (40) and in which 5-10% of rosin and 90-95% of Polysol are mixed, and the third body (B3) comprises: a first paper (10) treated such that 30% or more of rosin is infiltrated into insulating paper by soaking the insulating paper in a diluted solution containing a mixture of rosin and an alcohol; a third paper (40) formed of one or more sheets of paperboard; a rosin Polysol adhesive (50) applied between the first paper (10) and a paperboard (40) to make initial contact therewith and in which 5-10% of rosin and 90-95% of Polysol are mixed; and a rosin Polysol adhesive (50) applied between the paperboards (40) of the third paper (40) and in which 5-10% of rosin and 90-95% of Polysol are mixed.
