Abstract:
Provided are an environmentally friendly rubber oil preparation method, and a prepared environmentally friendly rubber oil; in the present invention, an environmentally friendly rubber oil is prepared by blending modified resin liquid and raw material oil; the preparation process of the modified resin solution used in the present invention is simple and low-cost, and is convenient for commercial and industrial promotion; the content of benzo(a)pyrene in the modified resin liquid is less than 3 ppm; the contained amount of the 8 PAHs of benzo(a)pyrene, benzo(e)pyrene, benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, benzo(b)fluoranthene, benzo(j)fluoranthene, benzo(k)fluoranthene, and dibenzo(a,h)anthracene is less than 30 ppm. The environmentally friendly rubber oil obtained from the present invention meets European Union standards, the preparation process is simple, and no solvent refinement over hydrotreating is used; the cost of preparation is greatly reduced, the rubber oil obtained has good compatibility with rubber, processing performance is excellent, and the viscosity parameters of the blended rubber oil are flexible and adjustable, and suitable for various products.
