Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the technical field of textile pulps, and specifically relates to an environmentally-friendly starch textile pulp and a preparation method therefor. In the environmentally-friendly starch textile pulp disclosed the present invention, the synergy between modified starch, composite modified starch, and nano silicon nitride improves the sizing properties of the pulp, producing a highly elastic sizing coating, wherein the thermal stability for a viscosity thereof is 92% or more, the breaking strength is 4.67 N/mm2 or more and the elongation at break thereof is 89.5％ or more. The elongation at break of the sized yarns reaches 88.8% or more. The pulp has high thermal stability, and the environmentally friendly saccharifying enzyme modified starch is easily degraded, thereby achieving environmental protection. The pulp has a simple and low-cost preparation method, and is non-toxic, non-polluting, and environmentally friendly.
