Abstract:
Disclosed are an epileptic focus zone positioning system and method based on deep learning and an electrophysiological signal. The epileptic focus zone positioning system comprises: a brain image synthesis module, which is configured for acquiring brain image data, performing fusion to determine areas of brain structural abnormalities and brain metabolic abnormalities in a patient, performing three-dimensional reconstruction of intracranial electrode brain image data to determine the specific sulcus and gyrus structure at each electrode site, and generating a brain image pathological result; an electroencephalogram signal processing module, which is configured for acquiring an intracranial electroencephalogram signal and, in combination with a multi-modal electrophysiological signal and an electrical stimulation structural connection signal, classifying a normal electrode and an epileptogenic zone electrode to generate an electrode classification result; and a three-dimensional imaging module, which is separately connected to the brain image synthesis module and the electroencephalogram signal processing module and is configured for combining the brain image pathological result generated by the brain image synthesis module with the electrode classification result generated by the electroencephalogram signal processing module to accurately simulate a three-dimensional model of a brain structure that needs to be cut off in the patient. The positioning efficiency and accuracy of epileptogenic focus detection are improved.
