Abstract:
Provided are: an epoxy acrylate resin or an alkali-soluble resin that can be cured by light or heat; and a photosensitive resin composition capable of patterning through alkaline development. This epoxy acrylate resin is represented by general formula (1) and obtained by reacting a (meth)acrylic acid with an epoxidized resin of dicyclopentadiene-type phenol resin. In addition, the alkali-soluble resin is obtained by reacting the epoxy acrylate resin with polyvalent carboxylic acids. Here, X is represented by formula (1a).
