Abstract:
The present invention relates to an epoxy-curing electrically conductive adhesive capable of high-temperature detachment, and a solar cell module using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a solvent-free conductive adhesive comprising electrically conductive particles (A) and an adhesive composition (B) including a modified bisphenol epoxy resin, a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin, and a cationic initiator, wherein the epoxy-curing electrically conductive adhesive has high-temperature detachability and thus can be reworked; and a solar cell module in which the epoxy-curing electrically conductive adhesive is used for connecting electrodes and tab wires of solar cells.
