Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, and in particular to an epoxy resin-based polymer material, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. A coordination group in the epoxy resin-based polymer material provided by the present invention and the metal ion in a metal salt additive may form a coordination bond. Since the coordination configuration and coordination strength of the coordination bond can be affected by the temperature, the epoxy resin-based polymer material containing the coordination bond of the present invention can also exhibit different mechanical properties at different temperatures, especially at higher temperatures. Since the coordination bond has a better dynamic property, the epoxy resin-based polymer material will have a better toughness, a fast variable stiffness property, the ability to self-repair, and repeated processing formability, such that such polymer materials can be well applied in the fields of variable stiffness and 3D printing.
