Title:
EPOXY RESIN POROUS MEMBRANE, SEPARATOR FOR NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE STORAGE DEVICE, NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE STORAGE DEVICE, COMPOSITE SEMIPERMEABLE MEMBRANE, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/172788
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a process for producing a porous membrane in which use of a solvent having a severe negative impact on the environment can be avoided, parameters such as porosity and pore size can be controlled with relative ease, and the resulting porous membrane has a high level of chemical stability. This porous membrane production process comprises the following steps: preparing an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent represented by the formula H2N‑(CH2)n‑NH2 (wherein n represents an integer from 4 to 8), and a porogen; obtaining an epoxy resin sheet either by forming a mass of cured epoxy resin composition into a sheet or by curing a sheet-shaped mass of epoxy resin composition; and removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet using a halogen-free solvent.
