Abstract:
An epoxy resin powder coating material comprising an epoxy resin, a curing agent, a curing accelerator and a polyol of 40 to 110&ring C melting point. The polyol is, for example, a polyether polyol or polyester polyol of 1000 to 30,000 weight average molecular weight, and is contained in an amount of 10 to 60 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of epoxy resin. This epoxy resin powder coating material is free from film detachment or cracking when the coated specimen after coating film curing is deformed, and is excellent in heat resistance and crack resistance.
