Abstract:
An equal channel angular pressing device and an equal channel angular pressing temperature control apparatus thereof. The equal channel angular pressing temperature control apparatus is suitable for an equal channel angular pressing die (10) which is provided with a channel (11) for accommodating a blank. The equal channel angular pressing temperature control apparatus comprises a heating member (20), a temperature measurement member (30) and a control assembly (40), wherein the heating member (20) is disposed on the equal channel angular pressing die (10) and is used for heating the blank (60); the temperature measurement member (30) is disposed on the equal channel angular pressing die (10) and is used for measuring the temperature of the blank (60); the temperature measurement member (30) is electrically connected to the control assembly (40), and is used for feeding back information of the measured temperature of the equal channel angular pressing die (10) to the control assembly (40); and the heating member (20) is electrically connected to the control assembly (40), and is used for controlling the amount of heat, which is emitted from the heating member (20), according to the temperature information, so as to adjust the temperature of the blank (60), such that the temperature of the blank (60) falls between the recrystallization temperature of the blank (60) and the complete recrystallization temperature of the blank (60), and therefore, the equal channel angular pressing processing of the blank (60), which is made of a harder material, can be realized.
