Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a piece of equipment having a real-time interaction function, and a method for using same. The equipment is provided with an interactive connection system. An external terminal is connected to the equipment by means of the interactive connection system, can be directly controlled to open a specified software interface, or can be directly made to achieve an automatic pairing connection with the equipment via Bluetooth, thereby simplifying complicated procedures for manually opening applications and complicated procedures for manually connecting to Bluetooth. Therefore, the equipment saves on time, and is convenient and fast. In addition, information of exercises that are performed using the equipment may be further obtained by means of said connection and interaction, and relevant information can be obtained by means of a simple and fast connection for subsequent information processing and display. The information of exercises is displayed by means of connecting software, so as to display, to body builders, the relevant information of exercises that are performed thereby using the equipment, such that the body builders can know their exercise statuses more clearly; and by means of statistical induction and summarization, the body builders can conveniently make their body building plans, etc.
