Abstract:
This freezing/refrigerating equipment management system is for managing abnormalities in freezing/refrigerating equipment, and has a server that receives an abnormality notification from the freezing/refrigerating equipment via a network, and a manager terminal that outputs a remote driving control command to the freezing/refrigerating equipment. The server comprises: a storage unit that stores internal temperature information, about the freezer or the refrigerator, transmitted from the freezing/refrigerating equipment and a power consumption amount consumed by a freezer machine; and a monitoring means for monitoring whether an abnormality has occurred in the freezing/refrigerating equipment on the basis of the internal temperature information and the power consumption amount. When the monitoring means has determined that an abnormality has occurred in the freezing/refrigerating equipment on the basis of the internal temperature information and the power consumption amount, the monitoring means transmits abnormality information to the manager terminal, the manager terminal transmits a driving control command corresponding to the abnormality to the server, and the server transmits the driving control command to the freezing/refrigerating equipment and executes driving control corresponding to the abnormality information.
