The present application relates to an escape and rescue firefighting truck for use in high-rise building fire, and relates to the technical field of fire emergency rescue firefighting apparatuses. The technical solution of the present application comprises a truck chassis, and further comprises a mounting platform provided on the truck chassis, and an escape pipeline provided on the mounting platform; the escape pipeline comprises N pipelines that are sequentially and slidably connected; the mounting platform is provided with a driving device that drives the escape pipeline to stretch or contract; escape channels are formed in the multiple pipelines; N at least is 2. The present invention is designed according to the principle of a sliding channel, is used for solving the major defect problem that an existing traditional firefighting truck device has a difficulty in promptly and quickly transferring and evacuating people trapped in a high-rise building fire site, provides the escape channels for promptly transferring and evacuating the people trapped in the high-rise building fire site, and is an important technical device guarantee for emergency firefighting rescue of the high-rise building fire.
