Abstract:
A computer-implemented process establishes a communication link between a first party (57) and a second party (56) using a hyperlink. The process obtains first contact information for the first party (57) based on an identifier in the hyperlink, obtains second contact information for the second party (56) from a memory (45) such as a central repository (46), and causes the communication link to be established between the first party (57) and the second party (56) based on the first and second contact information.
