Abstract:
An estimation method of bearing operation condition stability employing probability distribution, and a device, pertaining to the technical field of intelligent robots. The estimation method comprises: using a bearing operation cycle as a sampling unit, sampling and acquiring, in a normal bearing operation state, multiple sampling units of vibration data, using one sampling unit of vibration data as a sample data group, and using multiple sample data groups as a sample data set (S100); calculating a probability distribution parameter of the sample data set (S200); determining, according to the probability distribution parameter, a first value range under a stable operation state of a bearing operation condition, and determining a bearing vibration range for each type of operation state of the operation condition according to the first value range (S300); and acquiring vibration data of a bearing in real-time, and estimating bearing operation condition stability according to a vibration range within which the vibration data of the bearing is located (S400). The estimation method enables intelligent estimation of bearing operation condition stability.
