Abstract:
Disclosed are an ethernet lighting control system and method, used for a stage lamp, comprising an Artnet console and several rows of stage lamps; each row of stage lamps comprises several stage lamps successively connected in series; each stage lamp is internally provided with a network switching unit; the Artnet console is connected by means of a network cable to the network switching unit of the first stage lamp of each row of stage lamps; the adjacent stage lamps of each row of stage lamps are connected in sequence by means of a network cable; the network control signal emitted by the Artnet console is delivered to the network switching unit of the first stage lamp; the network switching unit of the preceding stage lamp receives the network control signal and delivers same to a circuit inside said lamp, which processes said signal, then switches to the network switching unit of the subsequent stage lamp. In comparison with the prior art, the present invention has the beneficial effects of requiring fewer electrical cables, being simple to control, saving costs, it being easy to investigate failure points, reducing the workload of installation and maintenance, and having fast network-transmission speeds.
