Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an etiquette mask which, even when the mouth is open while napping or sleeping, prevents the same from being externally visible, makes it possible to reduce a feeling of pressure and difficulty breathing, and also contributes to consideration for others nearby as an infection control measure. This etiquette mask 2A has: an upper mask section 4 for covering the eye area (eyes and area therearound); a lower mask section 6 which is made of silk, covers the area of the face below the eye area, and is sewn, at the upper end thereof, to the upper mask section 4; and a rubberband 8 which is provided to the upper mask section 4 and functions as a wearing part so as to prevent the etiquette mask 2A from falling from the face. The lower mask section 6 covers the face only due to the weight thereof, and as a result, no feeling of pressure is imparted thereby, if the mouth opens unconsciously during sleep the same is not externally visible, and it is possible to contribute to consideration for others nearby while advocating for infection control measures against coronavirus or the like by covering the nose and mouth.
