Abstract:
An EV management system (1) comprises: a guaranteed characteristic estimation unit (21) that estimates, on the basis of information relating to the operation history of an EV (13) and information relating to a battery state-of-health based on an actual measured value, the battery state-of-health when the EV (13) reaches a preset vehicle lifetime; an available redundancy calculation unit (25) that calculates, on the basis of the estimation result by the guaranteed characteristic estimation unit (21), a vehicle lifetime reach remaining capacity and a life-span remaining capacity and calculates the redundant capacity of a battery (19) when the life-span remaining capacity is large in comparison with the vehicle lifetime reach remaining capacity, said vehicle lifetime reach remaining capacity being a charging/discharging capacity until the EV (13) reaches a vehicle lifetime, said life-span remaining capacity being a charging/discharging capacity until the battery (19) reaches a battery lifetime; and an output unit (27) that outputs the calculation result of the available redundancy calculation unit (25) as an available redundancy.
