Abstract:
Disclosed are an EVA hot melt adhesive film capable of blocking ultraviolet rays and a preparation method therefor. The hot melt adhesive film comprises 60-80 parts of an EVA main body resin; 3-8 parts of an ultraviolet light absorber; 10-20 parts of a hindered amine light stabilizer; 1-5 parts of a heat dissipation agent; 10-15 parts of a silane coupling agent; 3-8 parts of a cosolvent; 0.1-1 parts of an auxiliary heat stabilizer; 3-10 parts of a tackifier; 0.1-1 parts of an initiator; and 0.01-1 parts of an antioxidant. The ultraviolet light absorber and the hindered amine light stabilizer are added, the ultraviolet light absorber absorbs ultraviolet rays, and the hindered amine light stabilizer, with respect to the ultraviolet rays, decomposes hydroperoxides, quenched ground/excited state oxygen, and captured free radicals, and in combination, the two can greatly improve the aging resistance of an adhesive film; thermal energy is isolated on a surface or quickly dissipated by means of the action of the heat dissipation agent, and anti-ultraviolet ray effect of the ultraviolet ray absorber is improved.
