An evaluation process method according to the present disclosure generates evaluation information in an information processing system for providing rental of the vehicle interior of a moving body, said method comprising: a first step for carrying out, from a plurality of user terminals, reservation registrations for the vehicle interior of a moving body; a second step for registering, in registration information, evaluations of the vehicle interior by users from the respective user terminals after the users have used the vehicle interior of the moving body; and a third step for acquiring, from the registration information, evaluation results of the vehicle interior by a plurality of users who used the vehicle interior, identifying a first user chronologically immediately preceding a second user who has made an evaluation different from the other evaluation results, and generating evaluation information by using, as the evaluation of the first user by the rental provider of the vehicle interior, the evaluation by the second user and registering this evaluation in the registration information.
