Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-efficiency evaporation device capable of effectively avoiding a decline in steam generation efficiency due to a Leidenfrost phenomenon, without reducing heating power for heating the inside of a heating chamber for steam generation from the outside or insulating the heating chamber from heat and having a heating surface inside the heating chamber thereby maintained in a high temperature range affected by the Leidenfrost phenomenon. In order to realize this, a sleeve-shaped sheet comprising foamed nickel is disposed, as a foamable member (64) composed mainly of metal, in the vicinity of a heating surface (69) inside a heating chamber (68) formed inside a pipe body (67) heated from the outside, adjoining the heating surface (69) over the entire circumference. Water supplied to the inside of the sleeve-shaped sheet spreads out and permeates the surrounding sleeve-shaped sheet while passing through the inside, and finishes evaporating before reaching the heating surface (69).
