Abstract:
Disclosed is an evaporation device for the treatment of low-heat-mass coal gas, the evaporation device comprising a heating furnace and a burner. The burner is arranged on the left side of the heating furnace, a tube-bundle-type integrated module is arranged in the heating furnace, a gas-liquid separator is arranged on the right side of the heating furnace, a filtering structure is arranged above the gas-liquid separator, and a heat recovery structure is arranged between the gas-liquid separator and the heating furnace. The present invention relates to the technical field of the treatment of low-heat-mass coal gas in a steel mill, wherein the-tube-bundle type integrated module is placed in the high-temperature-resistant heating furnace, low-heat-mass coal gas is combusted by a special burner, and heat is then transferred to materials in the tube-bundle-type integrated module and then enters the gas-liquid separator for separation, and the separated low-temperature tail gas and liquid waste are purified by means of the filtering structure and then discharged, which greatly utilizes the residual value of the low-heat-mass coal gas, saves on investment and is environmentally friendly, and the device has a simple structure and rational design.
