Abstract:
An excitation protection apparatus with a single excitation source acting step by step. The excitation protection apparatus comprises a housing, an excitation source, impact apparatuses and a conductor, wherein at least two impact apparatuses respectively located in different cavities are arranged in the housing; one excitation source is arranged on one side of the impact apparatuses; the impact apparatuses and the excitation source are respectively in sealed contact with cavities where the impact apparatuses and the excitation source are located; and the excitation source drives the impact apparatuses to displace simultaneously or sequentially, and at least one of the impact apparatuses breaks the conductor during a displacement process. The excitation protection apparatus of the present application may be used for electric vehicle battery pack and load loop protection or used in other power control circuits. By means of the excitation protection apparatus of the present application, the current impact resistance is extremely good; the arc-extinguishing capability is improved, such that rapid protection may be realized; the insulation performance is good after breaking; the sequential order and the time difference of breaking of a plurality of breaks have a wide adjustable range, which is conducive to the successful breaking of the excitation protection apparatus and the improvement of the breaking capability; and the reliability of a product is improved.
