Abstract:
[Problem] It has been found that it is possible to extremely accurately and practically estimate urinary matter concentration by taking into account an estimated glomerular filtration rate and a net urinary matter excretion rate, and, on the basis of said finding, the present invention provides a method for estimating and evaluating an excreted urinary matter amount per unit of time. [Solution] A method for evaluating a urinary matter excretion amount per unit of time, said method characterized by multiplying, with the concentration of arbitrarily defined excreted urinary matter in a serum: an estimated glomerular filtration rate per unit of time; a numerical value (net urinary matter excretion rate) obtained by dividing the clearance of said arbitrarily defined excreted urinary matter in the serum by the glomerular filtration rate; and a predetermined coefficient.
