Abstract:
An exercise apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support; a cushion, which is disposed on the support, contains fluid therein and has a deformable shape; a rotating member disposed at one side of the support; and an actuator which connects the cushion and the rotating member, and which operates the rotating member in line with deformation of the cushion.
